WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Lure Me In accepts payments via PayPal, Afterpay, Visa and or MasterCard.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Orders that are unopened may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Any returned items must be in original condition and in their original packaging.  Lure Me In will not accept any item that has been damaged, tampered or used.  When an item is accepted for return the purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling costs.
 
HOW DO I CONTACT LURE ME IN?

CAN I PREORDER STOCK?
Lure Me In is happy to take customers preorders.  If you are wanting to preorder any stock please contact us via email.
 
HOW ARE ORDERS POSTED?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post (excluding rods). 
  • Regular Australia Post - $5
  • Express Australia Post - $10
All orders within Australia which are equal to or more than $150 will receive free express postage.
  
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.  All international orders are sent out via Australia Post standard international shipping. 

MILLERODS WARRANTY
Any claim for warranty due to damage or the breakage of any Millerods products will be conducted by the team at Millerods.  The product will be shipped to the Millerods team for assessment and testing.  Millerods will be the deciders as to wether the product is deemed to be covered by warranty.  Lure Me In will not ship out any new products in the event of a broken rod.
